Refund & Return Policy

We offer a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery of the Product/s ordered on soulesence.com subject to the following conditions:

You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of the Product, in the following circumstances:

(A) Defective/incorrect product replacement

You notify us of any defects in the Product or incorrectly shipped Product within 7 days of receipt of the Product. You can either email our Customer Service team at support@soulesence.com or call us on 02266981293.

To return the Product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 7 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product.We shall make three (3) attempts to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier repeatedly fails to find you at the address for all the three times, there will be a Rs. 50 deduction,  from the amount to be refunded to you, for every attempt after the third time to collect the Products from you.

The Product returned to us should meet the following specifications:

  • Must have the invoice.
  • Have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the Product(s) delivered.
  • Be in an unused/sellable condition.

As soon as we have received the Product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you.You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

In the event that the Product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the Product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:

  • Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
  • Product has been tampered with.

In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.

In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments).

You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only Product(s) purchased on soulesence.com

Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect Product(s) to you, or that the Product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 7 days of receipt of the Product(s).

(B) Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want

You can cancel an order in the following way.
 
Login to your account on the soulesence.com website and click on the link for “cancel your order”, and follow the process as directed there.
 
If you cancel an order before the Product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.
 
If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
  • If your Product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support team and inform them of the same on support@soulesence.com
  • If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the Product, you can refuse the delivery of the Product (i.e. do not accept the package).

If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the Product), then please follow the steps as mentioned in point below.

You can return any Product that you have received as long as the:

  • Product(s) is unused and contains invoice.
  • The Product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the Product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the Product(s) delivered.

 

You need to inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 7 days from the receipt of the Product to you. To return the Product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product. We shall make three (3) attempts to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier fails to find you at the address, there will be Rs 100 deduction from the amount refunded to you for every such attempt after the third time to collect the Product from you.

You will receive a refund of the amount you paid less deductions (any rescheduling charges defined above) either online you paid (for card payments and net-banking) or via cheque (for COD payments).

PLEASE NOTE:

To maintain our high standard of hygiene and professional service, we shall accept returns of all items except the following:

  • Lingerie - briefs/ bottom wear
  • Socks
  • Cosmetics/Beauty Products
  • Free items
  • Consumable Products like food and beverages, bath and beauty Products and bulky items like furniture/statues/paintings/temples (mandir)
  • Custom stitched Products cannot be returned
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled
